• Nearby Attractions: Todi is a walking town with excellent restaurants and outdoor cafes. You do not need a car unless you plan site seeing. Todi is well situated to enjoy day trips to some of the most important Medieval and Renaissance towns in Italy – Arezzo, Siena, Rome, Florence, Orvieto, Assisi. The Rocca, a park for children as well as to view the extraordinary landscapes around Todi, is a short walk from the house.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash Refundable security deposit for weekly rentals is 250Euro.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 7 euros per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
