Commute to Shinjuku shopping district, or Shinjuku Imperial Park in 5min (or 20min on foot). 15 minutes will get you to the JR Yamanote line.
Hung out in trendy Harajuku and Shibuya, fashion districts, or the Imperial Palace in 10min, the museums the Sky Tree (the world’s tallest building) in Ueno, or the Roppongi night district, in 15min. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland. Get to Tokyo station for the shinkansen (bullet) long-distance trains in 20min.
All those places are also reachable anytime with short, affordable taxi rides.
