This luxury villa is located in a serene, rural position, adjacent to the Monti Sibillini National Park, yet only ten minutes from Tolentino and access to the SS77(Rome-Florence-Bologna-Venice). Immaculately restored , it looks out on an idyllic vista of patchwork fields, gnarled olive groves and orchards and the occasional verdant grapevine. Its rose-filled garden tumbles down towards the superb pool which in turn mirrors the surrounding landscape.
The restoration was led by a local geometra renowned for his appreciation of the Marchigiani architecture and his meticulous attention to detail. From the different terracotta tile patterns downstairs and upstairs, to the metre thick stone walls throughout and the wooden shutters, every care has been taken to ensure it looks as it would have when originally constructed – although enhanced by the benefits of modern architecture.
