View complex information and photos at Cedar Shores. Screened porch, Weber charcoal grill. We are situated on the east shore, just a few miles north of Alden. There is a boat launch a mile away on the Clam River. Moorings are available on a first come, first serve basis. The Clam River leads into the beautiful chain including Clam Lake, Lake Bellaire, and the Grass River Natural Area. It's the perfect area for boating. Traverse City is 45 minutes away, Charlevoix is 30 minutes, Petosky is an hour.

Distances
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Alden is just a five minute drive with great dining and shopping; Bellaire is 15 minutes away with awesome dining and some shopping. Both towns have new gourmet restaurants opened by local legends promising truly world-class dining, and both also have family restaurants.
• There is a moorage float/anchor. There is one cabin between cabin 10 and the lake, cabin still has great view of lake. There is a large swimming dock and a large boating dock, a swimming raft, and lots of lawn furniture to watch the sunsets. There are 268 feet of frontage on the third lake. A large deck is lakeside for picnics. We have a swimming dock and a boating dock. Our beach is rocky, but we have a sandy area at the water by our boulder retaining wall. We usually swim off of the dock, and we have a nice raft that we swim off of.
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A security deposit of $250 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
