Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The Master Bedroom is equipped with a built in closet, 2 night tables, 2 alarm clocks, 2 bedside lamps, Simmons Beauty rest queen size bed, chest with 8 drawers and color cable TV with remote. Premium quality bedding, luxurious feather/down duvet, hypo allergenic blankets, premium pillows and luxurious towels are provided.

Bedroom

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The Second Bedroom is equipped with a built in closet, 1 night table, 1 alarm clock, 1 bedside lamp and high quality double bed. Premium quality bedding, luxurious feather/down duvet, hypo allergenic blankets, premium pillows and luxurious towels are provided.

Living Room

1 Double Pull Out (sleeps 2). The Living room features a big screen Plasma TV, dining table, computer desk with a surge protector and a lamp, a cordless phones, and a stereo system with CD. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed. Premium quality bedding and pillows are provided. The Suite features a fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops, full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, stainless steel microwave, toaster, coffee maker & tea kettle. Dishes, cookware, silverware, water, water, wine & champagne glasses and numerous kitchen utensils are provided. The Suite is also equipped with a built-in safe, washer and dryer, iron and an ironing board.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500 will apply. A fee of $ 25 per night will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $ 75 plus GST.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
