    Master Bedroom
    1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Cozy master bedroom with curtains that block out daylight, should you require rest at hours other than night time. Table lamps on either side of bed have dimmers installed for mood lighting. There is ample room for storage of clothes and personal items.

    1 Single Roll Away (sleeps 1). While this room has a desk and functions as an office space to use if you're in town on business, the desk's extension can easily be tucked away to make room for a bed.

    1 Single Couch (sleeps 1). The sofa is roughly a little under 8 feet in length and has depth, providing enough room for a comfortable night's rest.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (7 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    Major credit cards available via PayPal.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6 and children under 1 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100 will apply. A fee of $50 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
