A fine sand beach, steep, drops off immediately is a 20 minute walk from the property. The ocean is about a 15 minutes walk.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
