• Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is fine sand. The ocean is about a 15 minutes walk.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A 25 refundable key deposit is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
