• It is approximately 28 miles from Alicante Airport and from Murcia Airport it is approximately 16 miles.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a golf course within five minutes walk and two other golf courses within a ten minute drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The nearest ski resort is approximately 3-4 hours away
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a wide variety of restaurants and shops within a two minute walk.
• Beach surface is fine sand. The ocean is approximately 10 minutes by car. There is a long stretch of very beautiful coast line approximately 10 minutes in a car.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
