The villa offers a panoramic 360º view from the pool deck encompassing the Sir Francis Drake Channel, the St. John (USVI) National Park, Frenchman's Cay Island and the picturesque island of Jost Van Dyke on the north shore. Spectacular ocean view from every room. The two floor levels of more than 4,000 square feet of living space are beautifully decorated.
Game room is equipped with a pool table, air hockey game, video game and a dart board. The swimming pool area is surrounded by a protective veranda. The circular corner steps, provide easy access for children.
The spacious 20 foot by 30 foot pool goes from a depth of four feet at it's shallow end to a depth of ten feet. The over sized living room with 30 foot high ceiling, is furnished with two large sofas and a love seat, a dining room table that can seat 8-10 people and a complete wet bar with beer on tap, (beer only provided upon request for an additional charge). Three fans are installed in this room for additional air circulation.
A handcrafted mahogany staircase with adjoining veranda leads to the balcony on the loft which overlooks the living room.
Automatic shutters that can be used for security or shade, surround the porch.
Units ID# 11912 and ID# 37321 are located just 3 minutes walk.
• Beef Island Airport (EIS) is within a 45 minute(s) drive. The drive to the airport from the property is approximately 45 minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There is a convenience store just minutes drive from the villa.
Roadtown is the city about 10 miles from the villa where you will find large supermarkets.
Dining, dancing, tennis, and shopping is also 5-10 minutes drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. It is only a 3 - 5 minute drive to the ocean from this unit. Lots of local attractions to enjoy. Little Apple Bay Beach is .5 miles long and has great waves. Long Bay Beach is 1 mile long, with shallow waters. Smuggler's Cove beach is .4 mile long, secluded with calm and shallow waters with white sand. Snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, para-sailing, fishing.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

There is an additional $500.00 charge for a stay during Christmas, New Years' or Easter holidays.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
