• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Within a two block radius you'll pass both Bomba Shak, home of the world-famous Full Moon Party and the renowned Sebastian's Bar and Restaurant as well as the Sugar Mill Restaurant and Beach Bar. Shopping in our town is about a 20 minute drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Just a two block walk will bring you to our breathtaking beach by Tortola's Surf Break.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
