Restored 19th Century Farmhouse In Rolling Foothills Of The Pyrenees

This 19th century farmhouse is located in the hamlet of Burg in the beautiful rolling foothills of the central Pyrenees. The location is well suited to making interesting excursions. We are 1.5 hours from Biarritz on the Atlantic coast; 1.5 hours to the center of Toulouse and 45 minutes to St Lary-Soulan, one of the largest ski resorts in the Pyrenees with lifts that operate in the summer. You can hike directly from the house or take advantage of one of the many opportunities in the area including in the beautiful Pyrenees National Park. There's also fishing, tennis, golf and bicycle touring.

The house sits uphill and off the village "center" (no amenities in Burg other than the bakers farm where bread is baked - 3 minutes drive - the houses are spread out). The view is over the village onto the Pyrenees mountains.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Personal checks from various sources and currencies are possible. Please discuss with Owner during Grace Period.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 10 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
