The Denver International airport is about a 90 minute drive/taxi from the property. From DIA, Take I-70 west to Exit 232. Then take Hwy 40 up over Berthoud Pass and into Winter Park.
Attractions
Activities: World class skiing at Winter Park & Mary Jane, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, dog sled rides, horse drawn sleigh rides, hot air balloon rides, snow cat photographic tours, tubing, sledding, ice-skating, snowshoeing, wild life viewing and photography. Visit Hot Sulphur Springs, about 30 minutes away. Rocky Mountain National Park is 40 minutes away. Hiking, climbing, white water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, fly fishing, horse back riding, hay rides, rodeos, mountain biking. Enjoy the music festivals in the summer.
Shopping and Dining
The shops and restaurants are about a 3 minute walk from the property. Walk to the shops in Old Town or the Winter Park Resort. Catch a shuttle from the Trademark Gate or drive into downtown Winter Park.

Payments & Deposit

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 6 percent surcharge.
Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking or more days prior to arrival)
Rates are discounted for check, money orders or bank drafts. Wire transfers for international clients are accepted, with a $10 incoming wire transfer fee applied.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Posted rates have beed discounted for check, cash or money or bank drafts. A 5.5% surcharge on all US credit card charges applies. At the time of booking, there is a $750 refundable security/damage deposit due, along with 50% of the rental fees, including 8.9% taxes & $250 cleaning fee. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the final balance is not received 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation may be cancelled. No refunds will be given for cancellation, unless the terms of the cancellation are met.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 250 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
• Cancellation prior to 90 days of arrival will result in a refund of all monies paid, less a $250 cancellation charge. All remaining monies will be refunded. • Cancellation within 89 days of arrival will result in a $1000 cancellation charge. All remaining monies will be refunded. • Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of all monies paid. • Rental Cancellation insurance is available. We offer both the standard Trip Interruption and Cancellation as well as a “Cancel for any Reason” policy. If interested, ask for details. • Part of the rental payment may be refunded nonetheless at the sole discretion of the owner and may be partially contingent upon re-rental of the property for the rental period and for no less than the rental amount set forth at the beginning of this agreement.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 USD is due on arrival.
Optional Accidental Damage Insurance is available for $69. Premium is non-refundable. Accidental Damage Insurance covers accidental damage only up to $3000. Does not cover intentional damage or theft.

Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Parking
Parking is free.
This property has two spaces in the enclosed, heated garage. A parking pass is provided and must be placed on the drivers dashboard when the car is parked in the garage. Parking pass must be left in the unit upon departure. Failure to return the parking pass will result in a $50 replacement fee per pass. ($100 total if both passes are not returned)
