- Bari Palese Giovanni Paolo II Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Bari Palese Airport 35 km. Trani railroad 3 km. Trani freeway (Bologna - Taranto) e (Napoli - Taranto) 10 km.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Obviously the gastronomic culture that has emerged is based on local products and the production of fresh pasta (the famous Apulian orecchiette but also strascenate, chiancarelle, troccoli, and so on). Obviously for their preparation, a whole range of sauces based on local products have also emerged, both from land and sea produce. The abundance of the latter especially, has favoured the creation of dishes based on blue fish, crustaceans, and mollusks, some traditionally eaten raw. Animal breeding, mainly of sheep, has led to the traditional simple cuisine (skewered meat) or more elaborate, like the gnemerìidde based on lamb's innards. Animal rearing also led to dairy farming and the production of milk products and cheese from the cow (mozzarella and fiordilatte) and sheep (ricotta, "strong ricotta," cacioricotta).
- Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The apartment is located 500 meters from the Adriatic Sea Beaches for swimming with the children or beautiful romantic walk.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash The cash payment is made on arrival to Trani. The keys to the apartment are delivered to our guests upon arrival.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30 euro. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 30 euro may be provided.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
