In the winter, sledders or skiers will find this Hummingbird Resort retreat a convenient home near easily accessed area snowmobile trails or ski resorts. Enjoy your stay. Our 325 sq foot patio is a gem for outdoor living and eating!

Pool Heat Policy & Fees
Pool heat is included in the rent. A guest must request this optional service.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 21 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 8 days during a stay.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 120.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
