Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 50.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) A security deposit of 100.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Balance of payment is due on arrival.
