Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

Pool heat is included in the rent. Available during summer months only.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner. When final balance is received, you will be sent email with access key code and further detail information on condo services.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 CAD is due 2 days prior to arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. This amount is refunded (or portion thereof) once condo is cleaned and staff report back on condition. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 75 percent will apply.

Group & Min. Age Policies

Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Parking

Parking is free. Parking available in front of condo for one vehicle; additional unmarked parking available in front of condo 226 and Parking Lot 2.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 90.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
