You are surrounded by the most beautiful horsefarms in Normandy, and are only a few minutes away from the famous Cote Fleurie, Deauville, Trouville, its beaches, casinos, racetracks and restaurants. If you like the charm of the Pays d’Auge, allow yourselves a lunch or dinner at the nearby typical village of Beaumont-en-Auge (500m) and - or enjoy doing your shopping at the morning market of Pont-l’Evêque (2.5km) ! The Cottage from the early XXe has been fully renovated and offers four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, including one with Jacuzzi, a large kitchen, a separate dining room and living room with a working fireplace…and eight stables for those who prefer the close company of horses! All rooms are overlooking or have direct views on the property!

Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1800 EUR is due 15 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
