Two ski resorts are located in the area and offer a variety of terrain and trails to all skier and boarder levels. Mt. Jefferson, located near the quaint village of Lee is a family owned resort offering affordable value. Big Squaw Mountain may be considered a bit more isolated but the locals don't seem to mind enjoying uncrowded trails and lifts over 400 skiable acres enjoying some of the most scenic trails in New England. Lodging accommodation is available nearby to each ski resort including cozy cabin rentals, amenity rich condo and house rentals.
