Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 1513 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 2750 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1513 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 2750 USD
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
