Overlooking the fourteenth green and the fifteenth tee, this luxury air-conditioned villa sleeps 8 people comfortably. The living area provides for comfortable seating around a flat screen TV with DVD player and Playstation. The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet, a bathroom with double sink - vanity unit, shower stall, separate garden tub and separate wc. The three remaining bedrooms provide for every comfort for either a family or golfers. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The large fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast area looks directly out onto the lanai and the wonderful view. The southwest facing heated private pool and deck area with sun loungers enjoy the sun from mid morning until sunset. At the end of the day, relax on the lanai with the beverage of your choice and enjoy the spectacular sunset over the golf course. Free wifi, telephone calls in North America and cable TV. Excellent communal facilities including pool, tennis courts and a large children's play area. Amazingly quiet, yet just minutes from Disney - Universal, 5 minutes drive to Berry town centre with all local amenities.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. The booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 90 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. The owner recommends that guests purchase travel insurance in case you need to cancel for any reason, including Covid.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 30.00 per night based on 7 nights or 210.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent.
