Our condo is suitable for all ages from retired adults who wish to enjoy playing golf in Orlando's finest and most famous golf resort Champions Gate, less than 10 minutes of drive.

Family with children will also enjoy our condo as distance to Disney World and other fun-theme parks are about 20 minutes away. And if you don't feel like going out, amenities in Terrace Ridge community such as Heated Swimming Pool & Hot Tub, Fitness Center, spacious Clubhouse and Games room, and Volley ball court are for you to enjoy. All facilities are FREE to use and within walking distance.

Our condo size is 1261 Sq Ft with large kitchen area and appliances and cookware, ideal for anyone who likes to prepare breakfast to full course dinner. It has laundry room with washer and dryer. Amenities in the condo include High Speed Internet, local and long international distance calls to more than 60 countries, PS3 Gaming system with two controllers, and hundred of channels provided by Verizon Fios cable, all INCLUDED in the price.

Terms And Conditions

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal. Money orders & bank drafts must be in US funds.

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival.

Parking

Parking is free. No parking permit is required.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Lock box code supplied by owner upon receipt of full payment. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are no requirements. Allow groups of families or couples.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 09:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 90.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA, Canada & Europe.

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
