With an open floor plan you and your family will have plenty of space to enjoy all of the luxuries our townhome has to offer. On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, laundry space w - washer machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and towels. Family room has a sectional sofa with a pull out queen bed and a 40" LCD flat screened television with Xbox 360 game system. Right off the family room are floor to ceiling sliding doors welcoming you to the screened in patio, with a children's play place just steps away. Modern interior features all new furnishing, as well as flat screened TVs in every bedroom. Radio with iPod docking station also included. , Free local calls and long distance calls to Canada and the U.S, Free cable, Free WiFi included. Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200.00 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent. Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner. Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. For long term stays, the 50% booking deposit is fully refundable until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 USD is due 45 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. There is no life guard on duty.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher & first load of laundry.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Air Conditioning & Fees

Air conditioning is included in the rent. There is no fee charged. The air conditioned rooms include the entire house. The central system maintains a constant temperature of 24 degrees Celsius (75 Farenheit). It is not adjustable by the guest.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

The heat and electricity is included in the rent. There is no fee charged. Extra fees charge for unreasonable use.

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA & Canada.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
