Cancellation 200 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For short term rentals all the payments should be made upfront in full. In the case when tenant decide to check out earlier date, discounts will not be applicable
