Location, location. That is why we purchased this property. It is literally steps away from all the shopping you'll ever need for your stay as well as a world of outdoor adventures. This unit is located less than a mile from Steamboat Ski Resort and downtown Steamboat Springs. We are a very short walk from 2 free bus stops, the Core Trail bike path, groceries, movies, ski & bike rentals and liquor store. Our complex is newer construction having been completed in 2006. Very well kept, clean and safe.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.75 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due immediately.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
