The building, re-structured with passion and patience, villa has eight bedrooms, all different in style, where modern and antique features blend perfectly, offering the guests every modern comfort without forfeiting the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this ancient dwelling place at the foot of the ruins of the third-century castle.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
