The property, which is fenced in, borders the Sile river bank and includes a large lawn with garden furniture (table, chairs, boules pitch, table-tennis), swimming pool (7x14)and car park, all of which are shared among the apartments as well as with the owner. Two Cocker Spaniels live inside the property .View of the countryside. Approx. 100 m away passes a secondary road. Comfortable furniture also with period pieces. The two apartments can be made to communicate by means of bathroom doorway and can be rented together for 3-7 sleeping spaces under the name CONTARINI.
The apartments CONTARINI 1 and CONTARINI 2 can communicate by a door in a bathroom and booked together for 3-7 sleeping places under the name CONTARINI. Central heating. DISTANCES: 3 km from Quarto d'Altino (all kinds of shops), 10 km Treviso, 25 km Venice (railway line from Quarto d'Altino) and 50 km Padua.

Large living/dining room characterised by visible wooden ceiling beams (TV), kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with small double bed and a second pullout bed, 1 bathroom with bath. (55 m2) 1st fl.: access from a spiral staircase. Large space in which the night area with 1 double bed and living/dining room are separated by a heavy curtain, kitchen corner (TV), divan bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
LOCATION: 3 km from Quarto d'Altino (all kinds of shops), 10 km Treviso, 25 km Venice (railway line from Quarto d'Altino) and 50 km Padua.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
