Splendid 19th century villa situated in the charming town of Tricase Porto. The house, located in southern Puglia, more precisely in the Salento area, is surrounded by a garden that faces the town's small harbour. From the garden a beautiful double stairway leads to the loggia from where you can enjoy a pleasant view of the town and the sea. DISTANCES: Within a radius of 100 m is a small port, bathing areas (no beaches) and grocery shops, Tricase 3 km (all kinds of shops), Otranto 30 km, Lecce 45 km, tennis and swimming pool 3 km, airport 75 km (Brindisi)

The small bedroom in the villa with bunk beds is more simply furnished than the others and is suitable for children.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
