Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac at Kimberley Alpine Resort and is the perfect location to take full advantage of Kimberley's four seasons of adventure. Backing onto a natural reserve & Trickle Creek Golf Course, this condo possesses exceptional unobstructed mountainside views with convenient ski-in, ski-out access in the winter and easy walking access to trails and Trickle Creek Golf Course in the summer months.

Our unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium that was recently completed with concrete construction (very quiet). The condo is a 2nd floor, 1304 sq. ft unit within the Trickle Creek luxury development. The kitchen boasts high end black appliances, granite counter tops, hardwood & tile floors and an extensive lineup of cutlery & cookware. The living room has a leather sofa bed & love seat, a large flat screen TV, tile floor, and of course, a fire place. The total sleeping accommodation is 8 people. The large private deck has a natural gas BBQ, patio table/chair set and an INCREDIBLE hot tub for all season use. The complex also boasts a beautiful heated outdoor pool (summer), hot tub, fitness room, underground parking, elevator access & a storage locker located in the parkade.
