On one side of the house the view is of the forest and on the another side the view is of the sea.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed and children under 10 years old stay free.
- Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
