• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The drive to shopping and restaurants is less than 2 minutes.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and boat lift. The residence lays in the middle of a hill right above Tropea ancient town, form the apartments you have a gorgeous view on the town, the sea, and the Eolian Islands (Stromboli on top).
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
