The residence lays in the middle of a hill right above Tropea ancient town, from the apartments you have a gorgeous view on the town, the sea, and the Eolian Islands (Stromboli on top).

• By flight: Lamezia Terme airport is 50 km from Tropea. You can take a train, rent a car right there, or book a transfer from the owner. By Train: The train station is less than 1 km from the residence; we will pick you up for free and help you in renting a car or a scooter.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). It's about 25 km from Tropea.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The drive to shopping and restaurants is less than 2 minutes.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and boat lift. It takes less than 3 minutes to drive to the beach. Tropea's beaches are full of bars and lidos where you can rent sunbeds, sun chairs, and umbrellas. The very first beach is "Le roccette" which is also the beach you can see from the town terrace. If you have a scooter you'll have no problem in finding a parking on the seaside, but if you have a car it might be a problem in July and August. There's a shuttle bus going up and down continuously from the town to the beaches
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
