Very large master bedroom boasts large walk-in closet, sky light, unique large "L Shaped" walk-in shower (no need for shower curtain or doors), and 8’ glass door to back patio - has double security lock. Double sink - enclosed stool area - instant hot water available from all faucets in home. Queen bed, dresser and mirror, night stand, lamp, ceiling fan, clock.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
There is a $125.00 cleaning fee for a 30-day stay to be deducted from the security deposit, with the remaining balance of the deposit refunded to the leaser, provided no repairs for damage is required. Should repairs be needed, that cost would also be deducted from the deposit prior to refunding. Cleaning fees for more than 30 days will be negotiated between owner and renter at time of lease.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $25.00 per month will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
