Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
PayPal available for an extra 4% charge

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply. A fee of 10 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
