The area is called 'the little Paris' because of the Liberty architecture of most buildings. All services (metro, buses, restaurants, bars, supermarkets) are in the area at walking distance. Parking street allowed.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 6 days during a stay.
