    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 15 years old.
    • Check in after 6:00 PM and check out before 6:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 1:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
