This beautiful seaside villa on the Bosphorus in Istanbul has two entrances and two outside areas. The seaside terrace has tables and chairs for eating, lounging and reading; the other small patio has a barbecue. The villa has been recently refurbished and stands between two examples of the old wooden yalis (villas) that used to dot the coast. Some of the yalis date from the 17th century. In the last 30 years there have been very few new houses built along the Bosphorus. As a result this area is recognized as the most prestigious location. There is a small room used by the caretaker. There is parking for one car.
Interior Description
(220 m2) The villa is laid out on three floors.
Ground Floor: There are two separate entrances, one on the sea side. The luminous dining room faces the sea and opens onto a spacious terrace with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed of 160 cm, and a bathroom with a sink, WC and shower. Also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom with a sink and WC. There is a small maid’s room and a small bathroom with a sink, WC and shower.
First Floor: There is a beautiful and bright living room facing the sea. In addition, there is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed of 160 cm, and a bathroom with sink, WC and shower.
Second Floor: On this floor there is a double bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) and a balcony facing the sea.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
