    Wheelchair access, air-conditioning for free, natural vegetable garden, free fresh fruits from the orchard, rent a bike, table tennis, Backgammon etc... relaxing hammocks under tree, secluded rest corner, fax service, hair dryer in the apartment, satellite TV in the restaurant, open buffet breakfast, home made meals and snacks, small, family-run holiday resort (only 9 villa apartments), located in the coolest part of Dalyan. Apartment windows are double glazed, solar and central heating system, large balcony 6,30 sqm, extensive green land 4150 sqm, quite large swimming pool 130 sqm (3x larger than similar hotel pools ), a lovely pool for children.

    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival).
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    5% Discount on rates if balance of payment is made in cash on arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
