The accommodation is tastefully furnished & comprises of kitchen, separate twin bedroom, and King size bed in the main room with satellite TV inc English Channels & Sky News. There are patio doors from this room leading to a large terrace with stunning sea, mountain and Kalkan views. Relax on the terrace on the sun loungers, while admiring the fantastic sea views and tropical gardens.

    The apartment views are enviable. Beautiful unobstructed sea, mountain and Kalkan harbour views. Many guests have described it as the best view they have ever had from their holiday accomodation.

    More Information
    There are two swimming pools on the shore line, one of which is for adults use only. A number of small café bars serve the pools and an Ottoman style open air relaxation room. The Patara Prince Hotel has a small indoor pool operating within the health suite. A sauna and Turkish bath are also to be found here along with a mini gym. At the top of the resort is Childs’ Club and infinity pool. Tennis courts are at the top of the resort and a volley ball pitch close to the main pool. In addition water sports operate from the bathing platforms during the summer season. The resort has a number of restaurants. Guests are entitled to a 25% discount. The Patara Bar, Agora bar and Apollonia club bar are also available with live music during the summer season.

The balcony views are stunning with sea and mountain views and views towards Kalkan's harbour and bay A private beach runs along the sea front of the development with rocky sun bathing platforms and steps into the turquoise blue water.     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
    If paying via paypal a 3.5% fee will be added to cover transfer costs

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
