Attractive Villa for rent in Gumusluk, Bodrum Peninsular, Turkey.
Gumusluk is a popular peninsular village, 30 minutes drive from Bodrum. It's situated, on the site of the ancient city of Myndos, an is ensured that no large scale development has been allowed. Like many of the coastal villages it is divided in two, with one part inland and one part at the sea side. Divers will tell you that Gumusluk is the best place for snorkelling, in the calm waters of the sheltered bay all sorts of sunken ruins can be found and there is a causeway, sometimes above water, sometimes below, to Rabbit Island where almost tame rabbits run around.

    The villa has a wonderful view of the sun-set over the Greek Islands.
    More Information
    The villa has an outside BBQ on the patio where you can have your evening meal and watch the sun-set over the Greek Islands. Gumsan II complex also has a shared swimming pool, just a minute's walk from the villa. Transportion around the Bodrum Peninsular can be accomplished by using the local "Dolmus" (small mini-bus). However, to see the peninsular at it's best it is recommended that clients hire a car. This can be arranged by the owners.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a small market shop situated in Gumsan where you can purchase daily fresh bread, milk, eggs etc etc. "Limon" Restaraunt is a 2 minutes drive.
    • The Aegean Sea is a 10 minute walk. There is also a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea from our patio, where it is delightful to have your early morning breakfast. Just a few minutes walk will take you to the Beach Lido which is situated on Gumsan I. Here you will find beach loungers, a small bar for beer and soft drinks.The sea is usually very clear and quite warm, depending on the season.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
