A stylishly furnished villa in a quiet and elevated position offering breathtaking views of picturesque Kalkan Bay and of the surrounding Taurus Mountains. The villa's owners have given great attention to detail in finishing the property (they use it as their winter home). The villa has a large pool, terrace, outdoor dining area, and BBQ. Inside, the accommodation is pretty much open-plan and very spacious, light and airy. The villa offers a peaceful base for exploring the region's many cultural and historical sites.

    • Dalaman Airport is a 1.5 - 2 hour drive away. Antalya Airport is a 3 hour drive away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The centre of Kalkan and the marina has numerous excellent restaurants. They are a 5-7 minute drive away from the villa.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. This beach is in Kalkan itself and is a 5-7 minute drive from the property. Patara Beach (a 20 km stretch of golden sand) is a 20 minute drive away from Kalkan, and Kaputas Beach (a dramatic shingly beach situated at the foot of a ravine) is an approximate 15 minute drive away from Kalkan. In addition, there are numerous 'Beach Clubs' in the area. These are man-made swimming platforms with direct access to the sea, sunbeds, parasols, restaurant facilities, and water sports.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
