Easy to reach the many unspoiled beaches of the Bodrum peninsula. Shopping and dining is within walking distance. The 140 square meter terrace has a private swimming pool and a small garden. From the terrace you will experience the most beautiful sunsets overlooking the sea, the castle of St. Peter and the town of Bodrum, all the way to the Greek island of Kos. The house has a very individual style modern with some Turkish tradition.

    • Bodrum/Milas airport is only 30 minutes away. Transportation to and from the Airport can be provided for an extra charge.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ocean front dining and shopping is only minutes away. The neighborhood has a market that delivers fresh bread, milk, etc. to the villa.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The waterfront with a beach, restaurants and bars is within 10 minutes walking distance. There are many beautiful beaches on the Bodrum Peninsula that can be reached by car or bus. There is a small beach within 2 minutes walking distance from the Aloha Villa.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of $ 100 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
