Overlooking the fields to the 3,000 Greek houses which once constituted the town of Levissi. That was before the exchange of Greek and Turkish populations supervised by the League of the Nations in wake of the Turkish war of Independence. The Orthodox Christians, who made up the majority of the population moved to the outskirts of Athens, where they founded Nea Levissi. As There were more Ottoman Greeks than Greek Muslims, the town-like several others in Anatolia-was subsequently left unoccupied.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

- Smoking is allowed.
- No children are allowed under 15 years old.
- Check in after 1:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
- Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
