The apartment is on two levels (ground and first floor).BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, lots of wardrobe, drawer space and bedside cabinets. A bathroom, with WC, hand basin and shower is also at this level. Walk up a few steps to the open plan LIVING area - a light/airy room with a comfy sofa, armchairs, coffee table and a stone fireplace. There are air conditioning units in this room and the three bedrooms. French windows open up onto a balcony, displaying the view across Yalikavak to the sea. KITCHEN/DINING AREA set out in an L shape from the lounge have all modern appliances. The dining table has chairs seating 6 people. Walk back down the steps and down the stairs to ground level and two further bedrooms, both at the front of the property overlooking the gardens. BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, doors opening onto the small patio area and an en-suite with a bath. BEDROOM 3 has a single bed. Both rooms have more than the average wardrobe, hanging and drawer space!

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
