This 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully air conditioned, 2 level luxury apartment benefits from stunning mountain views; and large fully enclosed, beautifully landscaped pool area. 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minute walk to the nearest shop, phone, bus stop and taxi rank. Olu Deniz beach is one of the finest beaches in the world and the blue lagoon at one end is the most photographed beach in the Mediterranean. The apartment is fitted with English plumbing.

    The views are simply amazing. 360 degree mountain views. To the west is a large area of grassed wasteland and beyond that a scattering of villas set in front of the beautiful mountain scenes. The North looks over the tiles rooftops down to Hisaronu with a backdrop of mountains. The Eastern and southern views looks down across the valley, see the sun disappearing behind the mountains.

    • Dalaman Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Car hire can be arranged, but not essential for your stay. We arrange a transfer to and from the airport at a cost of £60 for up to 4 people, £15/extra person.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are good restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the apartment, the main restaurants are in Hisaronu about a 10 bus drive away. You can walk it and it takes about 45 minutes. Our advise would be to pay about 75p and take the bus. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
    • Nearby Attractions: Paragliding is available within a 10 minute walk in Hisaronu. You can para-glide from 6000 feet and land on the beach after a 45 minute flight of your life.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    All payments are in pounds stirling please.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of £20.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
