Waterfront condo on the Bay of Beautiful Wood Lake in the heart of Lake Country. Half way between Kelowna and Vernon, in the Okanagan Valley, BC. Close to shopping and all amenities. World class golf nearby. Marina, pub and restaurant on site. Gas bar & moorage with watercraft rentals.

There is a private deck complete with barbecue, table and 4 chairs. This unit is on the second floor overlooking the marina, lake and mountains. There is a boat slip assigned to the unit for an additional $20.00 per day, paid directly to the owner. There is a Pub next door with excellent food and in the summer they have a section designated for families with children. There are various types of shopping and dining within minutes of the complex. There are coin operated washers and dryers in the complex.
