Spacious Family-Friendly Condo with Gorgeous Views

Ideally located in the heart of Village North and with desirable amenities such as a pool and common hot tub, this cozy and welcoming lofted unit is perfect for families or smaller groups.

LIVING SPACE
Vaulted ceilings, fantastic views, and a spacious open-plan living/dining area with a queen sofabed, 32" LCD TV, and DVD player. Dining room and kitchen counter seating suitable for up to 8 guests. Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. Two large balconies with Village and mountain views. Private washer/dryer.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two singles. There is a queen sofabed in the living room and a king bed that can be split into two singles in the loft. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and the second bathroom has a standard shower stall.

PARKING & AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. Guests can also enjoy use of the common area hot tub and small heated outdoor pool.

DISTANCES
The free Village shuttle stop is less than a minute away and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 10 minute walk away and the lifts are less than a 7 minute walk away.
