    Please be respectful with the house and the environment, and obviously enjoy the atmosphere, the place, the smells and the tastes from Andalucia. This site is placed between two different Natural Parks so you have the opportunity to enjoy sports which are related to nature from trekking, hang-gliding or parachuting which can be booked and practised 20Km from here.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive to the nearest golf course is 30 minutes
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The hospital, restaurants, and market are ten minutes away.
    • This unit is riverfront. There is a marvellous lake 20 min. walk down from the cottage in which you will find beautiful views and landscapes, special for nature lovers, photograpers, painters or any person who enjoys the pleasures of living in nature. The Atlantic Coast of Cadiz is 82 km from this cottage and the Mediterranean coast of Malaga is 110 km from here. You should notice the outstanding features that this site has. It is between two Natural Parks on the Southern area of Cádiz which allows you to be in contact with the real nature of the mountains side and the coast.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
    The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 25 Euros booking fee) has been paid. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
