1 King Bed. Bedroom Two has one king bed which can be switched out to single/single per guest's request. This is a lovely bedroom identical to bedroom # 1 with the only difference being decorative details and artwork being distinctive.
1 King Bed. Bedroom 3 is The Owner's Suite and is the most luxurious accommodations on the
estate. This suite is only rented upon special request. It is an additional $150 USD per night. It measures a large 95 sq. meters and is a free standing villa on the estate surrounded by a waterfall and a lily pond. Living room, study with desk and rice field view. A sumptuous master bathroom. This suite is modeled precisely after one of the villas at Bali's top 5 star hotels. Lavishly decorated and supremely comfortable. Probably the best sleeping room in the Ubud area.
1 King Bed. Large luxury bedroom measuring over 55 Sq. Meters featuring a separate sitting area with satellite television and DVD player. Practically a separate apartment within the villa compound. Large luxurious ensuite bathroom. Full A/C and supremely comfortable.

The Villa is perched on the edge of the stunningly beautiful Ayung River Valley sharing the same Ayung Valley view as our world renowned resort neighbors, Begawan Giri Estate and the Four Seasons Sayan. Mountainous peaks and tropical jungles surround you. The elevation at 850 meters above sea level provides for a pleasant break from the heat and humidity of sea level Bali. Very pleasant and mild year round climate with stunning mountain and river valley views.
Butler service 24 hours per day. You will never touch the laundry machines nor BBQ unless you want to. You will be pampered and waited on hand and foot by our staff of nine very attentive Balinese supervised by our supremely capable and very friendly Butler who lives on premises. Relax and let the staff take care of you or self cater if you prefer. The level of service will be determined by your preferences.
• Included in room tariff are complimentary airport transfers. Please provide your flight arrival details and number of passengers upon booking. Drive time from Bali's international airport to the villa is approximately 1 1/2 hours or less depending on traffic conditions. Return airport transfers included in a comfortable SUV.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The golf course at Nusa Dua and the mountain golf course at Bedugul are both easily accessible with car and driver provided.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Terrific shopping, world class dining and world renowned spas are all located nearby 12 miles (20 KM) away in Ubud. Let our knowledgeable driver show you the best spots in Ubud for a great bargain, terrific massage and an incredible meal. All at bargain prices. Ubud is a delight and very close to the Villa.
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

The balance is due upon arrival payable in USD cash or USD denominated traveler's checks. We also accept EURO cash at a favorable exchange rate for payment upon arrival.
