The villa is fully staffed, so guests need not really spend much time in the kitchen area as everything is done for them by the experienced staff team.

The master suite also has the additional advantage of having direct access to an upstairs loung area that has wonderful uninterrupted views of the surrounding rice-fields and forest - especially early in the morning and at sunset.

Villa is located right at the end of a small village in an area of Ubud called Pejeng. It is about a 15 minute drive from central Ubud.
The villa is designed to make the most of the wonderful tropical gardens, infinity pool and stunning rice field views - on a clear day you can also make out the volcano to the north - the ambience and tranquility of the location are very special. Although it looks open, our perimeter is protected by dense gardenia bushes and fencing - there are always staff members on duty so safety is not an issue. We have a great relationship with the village, and the elders often come round if we have parties or blessing ceremonies at the villa.

The owners are keen art collectors and the villa is decorated with wonderful art pieces throughout.
Massage and spa type treatments are popular and easily arranged on-site at the villa with experienced therapists.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
